Boulevard Gardens Owners Corp. has revised a smoking policy that must be adhered to by all residents and their guests.
The Building Policy is as follows:
“Lighting and smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other item in the lobby, public hallways, stairways, elevators or any other public areas, both inside and outside the property is strictly prohibited, as per New York City Law. Smoking is also prohibited within 25 feet of all entranceways and 25 feet from the Children’s Playground and Rainy Day Room.
If smoking in an apartment: “No smoke or odors shall be permitted to escape from the Apartment into the building’s public areas or into the Apartments of other tenants/shareholders. It shall be the Shareholder’s responsibility, at the Shareholder’s sole cost and expense, to ensure that such smoke and odors are contained within the Apartment.”
