Children's PLAYROOM

Also known as the 'Rainy Day Room', this playroom for kids under 10 is open during cold weather months or when it's raining. There is always an attendant on duty to enforce the rules but parents must accompany young children. It's open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the cold weather months.

Children's garden

A resident-led space that offers kids an area to weed, garden, and learn about nature. In the Spring, they plant seeds and then watch them grow. Throughout the Summer, they weed and keep the garden tidy. It's a great learning experience for the young ones. Tools and plants are provided by management.

There is equipment for the little ones (2–5 years old) and for school-aged kids (5–12). Picnic benches and seating benches are scattered throughout the space. There's also a sprinkler pool during the summer. Playground attendants are always on site. Lifelong friendships are made here.
