Boulevard Gardens

A diverse community in Woodside, Queens, just a few blocks from Astoria. Founded in 1935 as part of the United States' New Deal initiative, T.H. Engelhardt designed Boulevard Gardens in 1933 alongside landscape architect C.N. Lowrie for the Cord Meyer Development Corporation. With its lush grounds and canopy trees, it has brought the original designs to life over the years.

The property

Boulevard Gardens is comprised of 968 residences with a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. Many of the high floor residences have Manhattan skyline views. We offer residents an array of on-site amenities that include laundry rooms, a children's park with sprinklers, a children's rainy day room, a library, security services, elevators, an American Legion Club, and 11 landscaped acres of lawns, trees, and gardens.

THE GROUNDS

Boulevard Gardens is a complex real estate development to maintain, manage, and enhance because of its size. Our grounds and building maintenance staff do an excellent job of keeping our property and investment at a high standard.

Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer are all a wonder to experience amongst the grounds at Boulevard Gardens. From our manicured lawns to our ornamental cherry trees, the vistas from your windows are tremendous. (photos courtesy of Chelsey Donegan Pendock)
